30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange (unless required by law).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With all original tags (if applicable)
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at homesteadecom@gmail.com with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
• Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without our confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is approved due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, first request a return following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, with original tags and packaging — and must include proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
