Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all items in our store. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. If for any reason we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

• A tracking number
• The carrier or tracking website
• A link to track your package

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
